At SkillDoze, we aim to provide high-quality training and services to our learners. However, we acknowledge that certain situations may warrant a refund request.

Course Refund Policy:
Refunds are available only if the request is made within 24 hours of payment.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to refunds@skilldoze.in with proof of payment and a valid reason for the request.
Refunds will not be processed for partially completed or completed courses.

Webinar Refund Policy:
Webinars are non-refundable.
In the event of a technical issue on our end causing a cancellation, registrants will be offered the option to attend a rescheduled session.
Subscription Services:
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used subscription periods.
Processing of Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Transaction fees or any associated charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items:
Refunds are not available for downloadable materials, recorded content, or certifications issued.
